Hi, I’m Megan Joy. At the core of my being, I am a maker. Whether it’s creating an illustration for a self-written poem or dressing up for a game of make believe, I have always been interested in making things.
Trained in Fine Art, paint was the medium that allowed me to build my dream world for years. In 2022, I learned to sew. Now I am creating the garments and accessories for sauntering through that dream world.
In high school, I hand sewed patchwork clothes. I knew eventually my sewing journey would lead to upcycling, mixed media pieces (fibre art and paint), and quilting. I’m thrilled to share all of this with you.

My Approach
I am always creating — even when I don’t have a utensil in hand. As I move through the world I capture moments that inspire me. Moments that I just like.
Once a moment is stuck in my head, I use my hands to make it something to share — a painting, a quilt, a handbag, a drawing.
